A downloadable tool for Windows
Prolapse is a screen lapsing tool that I built for myself to aid in documenting my work.
The software takes screen shots at regular interval and allows me to scrub back and forth in the timeline so that I can see my progress in real time.It saves the screens PNG's but can render out the time lapse as either .AVI or .GIF
It also detects when you are idle and stops recording and allows you to filter the timelapse by focused application.
Currently only windows is supported but if there is enough interest I will make a mac port ^__^

great app, please consider maintaining it or making it open source.
Some suggestions:
Start and recording should start in the background.
Would be good to have the option of recording the task bar, for the time and apps running etc.
100% & 50% is good, would be nice to also have 75% in between.
I would really like to be able to manually set the date & time format for the folder and image names.

really really REALLY great app, but name makes it almost impossible to search on google without finding some... stuff :p
